PAYMENT:

We only accept cheques for advance payments
(clearing before arrival).
Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 2.5%.
BOOKING TERMS:
If you are forced to cancel your booking, we are entitled to claim from you 70% of the total cost of your booking. It is not our policy to do so if we are able to re-let the accommodation or if we are given one months notice of your cancellation. If one month's notice is received or we are able to re-let the accommodation, your deposit will be returned, less a £10.00 administration fee and any bank or credit card charges we incur associated with the refund.
However, last minute problems can occur and you may wish to insure against them happening.
